The Pavilion is ideal for your parties, family gatherings, sporting events, conferences or seminars.

In a wonderful rural area of outstanding natural beauty with access to public tennis courts, children’s playgrounds, green gym and recreation ground.

With a kitchen (with a microwave and tea/coffee making facilities) it is the perfect venue.

Off road parking available in the car park.

Please Note:  From September 2024 it will not be possible to have bouncy castles on the recreation ground.

Hire Rates:

£20 per hour for Brasted residents, organisations and businesses    |    £25 per hour for non Brasted residents, organisations and businesses

Available on Saturdays and Sundays until 8pm
